Description

This savory-sweet pairing is either great as a side dish for meat or just on its own with some fresh, roasted bread.

  1. Wash pears, cut in half lengthwise and cut out the core.

  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the pears on both sides until golden brown.

  3. Meanwhile, roast the walnuts in the pan until fragrant.

  4. Place the pears in a baking dish, sprinkle with the crumbled Gorgonzola and gratinate in the preheated oven at the highest temperature (grill function if available) for 4 to 5 minutes.

  5. In a small pot, cook the raspberries until soft, pass them through a sieve and season with the salt, pepper, honey and oil.

  6. Garnish the pears with the walnuts and serve with the raspberry sauce.
