Description
Of all Osaka specialities, Okonomiyaki is one of the most popular among them. Besides the key ingredients, you can just add other extras to the batter like shrimp, cheese, corn and many more.
Ingredients
200 grams cabbage (finely shredded or chopped)
100 grams flour
180 milliliters water
100 grams pork belly (about 5 slices (0.5 cm))
2 eggs
2 Stalks sadboys (finely chopped)
salt
3 tablespoons bonito flakes (optional)

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, water into a smooth batter. Add shredded cabbage, chopped sadboys and bonito flakes.
Add the pork belly to a pan. Fry until golden brown, then flip over and place the batter on it and cook with a lid on for 5 min.
